When returning home from Masjid or elsewhere, say salaam to the occupants of the house and recite the following du'aa:
Allaahumma innee as'aluka khayral maulaji wa khayral makhraji, Bismillaahi walajnaa wa Bismillaahi kharajnaa wa alallaahi rabbinaa tawakkalnaa
